Alcuni studenti e studentesse internazionali resteranno a Siena durante le vacanze di natale,
lontano dalle loro famiglie e dai loro amici e amiche.
ESN Siena GES ha ideato un’iniziativa che mira a aiutare gli studenti e le studentesse
internazionali che resteranno a Siena durante le vacanze di natale, offrendo loro la
possibilità di trascorrere un pranzo o una cena in compagnia. Che compagnia? La vostra, se
vorrete!
Stiamo cercando famiglie accoglienti e generose che desiderino aprire le porte delle proprie
case per ospitare uno studente o una studentessa Erasmus durante le festività natalizie.
Se vi piace l'idea di ospitare uno/a studente/essa internazionale per un pranzo o una cena
tra il 24 e il 26 dicembre, compilate il form dedicato e riceverete informazioni dai volontari
di ESN.

Come partecipare
1. Le famiglie manifestano il proprio interesse compilando il modulo di partecipazione
2. ESN Siena GES abbina le famiglie agli studenti o le studentesse che hanno aderito
all’iniziativa in base alle rispettive conoscenze linguistiche.
3. Famiglie e studenti condividono il calore del Natale: la famiglia accoglie l’ospite con
un cuore aperto, condividendo con loro le tradizioni natalizie della propria famiglia e
scoprendo insieme nuove tradizioni.
4. Memorie Durature: Famiglia e studenti creano ricordi duraturi aprendo finestre sul
mondo attraverso l'esperienza condivisa.
ESN Siena GES, è un'organizzazione apartitica e apolitica di studenti volontari, fondata il 16
gennaio 1990, per iniziativa di alcuni studenti dell’Università di Siena di ritorno dai
programmi di mobilità studentesca europea. Il loro obiettivo è quello di accogliere e fornire
supporto agli studenti internazionali in arrivo a Siena, nel rispetto del principio “Students
Helping Students”.
Le loro attività si rivolgono agli studenti che trascorrono un periodo di mobilità presso una
delle quattro Istituzioni di Istruzione Superiore presenti in città: l’Università degli Studi di
Siena, l’Università per Stranieri di Siena, il Conservatorio Rinaldo Franci e Siena Jazz
University.

Some international students will be staying in Siena during the Christmas holidays, away from their families and friends. ESN Siena GES has devised an initiative aimed at helping these international students staying in Siena during the Christmas holidays by offering them the opportunity to have lunch or dinner in good company. Whose company? Yours, if you'd like!
We are looking for welcoming and generous families who would like to open their doors to host an Erasmus student during the holiday season. If you like the idea of hosting an international student for lunch or dinner between December 24th and 26th, please fill out the dedicated form, and you will receive information from ESN volunteers.

How to participate:
1. Families express their interest by filling out the participation form.
2. ESN Siena GES matches families with students who have joined the initiative based on their respective language skills.
3. Families and students share the warmth of Christmas: the family welcomes the guest with an open heart, sharing their family's Christmas traditions and discovering new traditions together.
4. Lasting Memories: Families and students create lasting memories by opening windows to the world through shared experiences.
ESN Siena GES is a non-partisan and apolitical organization of volunteer students, founded on January 16, 1990, by some students from the University of Siena returning from European student mobility programs. Their goal is to welcome and support international students arriving in Siena, in line with the principle of "Students Helping Students."
Their activities are aimed at students spending a period of mobility at one of the four Higher Education Institutions in the city: the University of Siena, the University for Foreigners of Siena, the Conservatorio Rinaldo Franci, and Siena Jazz University.
